Here's what we expect from you.
3+ years of technical recruiting experience – Previous experience recruiting in an agency setting is desired. Tech start-up a BONUS!
You have experience using Boolean searches, Meet Up, StackOver Flow, GitHub, Angel.co, LinkedIn Recruiter and other AI tools. Bonus points if you know how to code!
You have insightful discussions with candidates, source and screen, can present qualified candidates and have the confidence to communicate unrealistic hiring goals to hiring managers.
You have ambition, drive and passion in tech recruiting. You are self-motivating, flexible, driven to work independently and in a collaborative environment. You demonstrate a client focused attitude.
