  • You will be encouraged to network both online and offline in the community and around the world all while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Finally, you will be the most important ambassador of the Jibio brand.

Who You Are:

In addition, we provide our Recruiters with internal technology training to connect the dots and dig deeper when recruiting those hard-to-fill tech roles.

3+ years of technical recruiting experience – Tech Start Up A Bonus!

Experience using Boolean searches, Meet Up, StackOver Flow, GitHub, Angel.co, LinkedIn Recruiter and other AI tools.

Previous experience with various ATS systems.

Previous experience recruiting in an agency setting.

Self-motivating, flexible, driven to work independently and collaborative.

Demonstrate a client focused attitude.
